This is true beauty

In life, there are times when one look says more than a thousand words.  When a single image can convey more meaning that speeches by the best philosophers.  I captured one of those times yesterday evening.  I just happened to be in the right place at the right time, toting my camera with me.  As many quarrels God and I have, they are part of a vicious circle, because when I see things like this, I can’t help but shrug and think, “It looks like the best of this world has its source in Him.”  Beauty is an ideal, said Plato, one of the steps leading to goodness and truth.  Well, you can’t get any closer to true beauty than this.  No makeup, no disguises, no lies.  Just the pure, raw beauty of nature.
